Reflexology is not just for relaxation and stress busting, it is a holisitc therapy that will promote good health and help to prevent illness by allowing the body's own systems to function more effectively.  

As well as giving treatments, I also teach 'baby reflex' to parents, carers and health visitors - a fantastic way to nuture your baby and a skill that will last long past infancy.
